The research designs a new integrated system for the security enhancement of decentralized network by preventing damages from attackers, particularly 51 percent attack. concept multiple layered design based on Blockchain Governance Games frameworks could handle number networks analytically. Multi-Layered Game is an innovative analytical model to find best strategies executing safety operation protect whole systems attackers. This fully analyzes complex with compact mathematical forms and theoretically tractable results predicting moment execution are obtained. Additionally, simulation demonstrated obtain optimal values configuring parameters blockchain-based network. Matlab codes simulations publicly available help those whom constructing enhanced architecture through this proposed theoretical framework.
